As David Ahlem, CEO of Hilmar Cheese stated recently when speaking at a celebration of 35 years in business, "We must evolve and adapt to the changing environment.” This calls for evaluating and integrating new processes and new technologies.
It is a philosophy that is fostering many innovative approaches throughout the dairy world with pretty impressive results. Certainly, people involved in the dairy community are not strangers to hard work, but being mindful of the alternate strategies, open to innovations and aware of technology tools is increasingly important in keeping on track for a bright future!
