We are all looking for good, strong leaders these days, and none has been better than Marianne Smukowski who was our American Cheese Society Board of Directors President! She led us through some truly turbulent times!
Marianne is experienced, educated and profoundly helpful in so many ways! She helps keep us all on the right track – staying safe and keeping everything well. Also, she has a wonderful sense of humor – which we all can appreciate right now!
If you are looking for advice regarding Food Safety be sure to contact the American Cheese Society or the Center for Dairy Research. We must keep matters in careful control and ensure that people are getting safe & nutritious food – especially in these challenging times. Let’s keep up the fight and get through this current challenge. People will remember those of us who helped them. Be well and stay safe – keep the faith!
